Arrests Made at Prescott Pike Construction Site

BPD recently participated in the statewide “Click It or Ticket” seat belt safety initiative kick off event held at Aurora Premium Outlets. Mock Crash Event for FHS Prom Awareness

BPD Officers, along with Brimfield Fire, Suffield Fire, the Ohio State Patrol, and the Portage County Coroner’s Office were on hand at Field High School in advance of FHS prom to put on a mock DUI crash scene for the students.  Thank you to all of the staff, students and volunteers who helped to make this event a success.

BPD Partners with OSP for Traffic Interdiction

BPD partnered with the Ohio State Patrol on May 9th for traffic interdiction on I-76 using the OSP air unit. Thanks to OSP Post #67 here in Portage County for the partnership.

Cookies & Milk With a Cop

BPD recently held our Senior Breakfast event in partnership with Applebees.  Our officers and volunteers served breakfast to our community’s seniors on Thursday April 27th and Friday April 28th.  Thank you to everyone who participated and to our seniors who came out to spend time with our staff – we appreciate it!

Boy Scouts Tour BPD With Aft. Shift Officers

BPD Unveils New Cruiser Graphics

BPD recently updated our cruiser graphics to a traditional black and white color scheme. The graphics incorporate our updated agency patch and mirror the color scheme of our community school district.

Donation Benefits BPD Youth Engagement Programs

Birthday Party for Future Officer

BPD was recently contacted by the grandmother of a very young resident – 5-year old Connor (he is the the little guy dressed up in a police officer outfit) and invited to “crash” Connor’s police themed birthday party.  Connor’s family recently moved to Brimfield.
